When we receive your order, we perform a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Your card will be charged once the authorization is approved. The funds received from your card will be treated as a deposit for the value of the goods you wish to purchase. After your order is dispatched and you receive a confirmation email, the amount paid will be considered as payment for the goods listed in the confirmation.
Our products are personalized and hand-crafted based on your specific design and request. Production begins once your payment is confirmed.

You will then be redirected to the chosen payment-processing website, where you can pay with your credit card or through your PayPal account. The payment will be processed by PayPal, and the transaction will appear on your credit card statement as PayPal.
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (either PayPal or your credit/debit card).
