Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Apteeshirt, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every order. We process and ship most orders within 2–3 days after payment completion. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.
If you’ve received a defective product, please consult our limited product warranty for assistance.
Rules for All Our Products
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase (based on the date on your receipt). Returns or exchanges are not allowed after 30 days from the delivery date.
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions must be met:

All products should be returned to Apteeshirt in their original condition. Charges may apply for wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or accidents.
If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, Apteeshirt will cover return shipping costs and restocking fees.
For returns or exchanges made for personal reasons, return shipping fees will be your responsibility. Apteeshirt has sole discretion to determine the product’s condition and whether it meets the requirements of our return policy.
Procedure for Returns or Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Apteeshirt at support@apteeshirt.com. We aim to respond promptly.
If your request does not meet the above terms, Apteeshirt will not authorize the return or exchange. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded, and Apteeshirt will not be responsible for any loss of goods.
For approved returns or exchanges, Apteeshirt will send you a prepaid return label. Please follow the instructions carefully and return the product in its original condition with all packing materials, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary gifts received.
Once we receive your return or exchange, we will notify you via email. Your item will be inspected, and we will inform you if your request has been approved or denied. Decisions are made solely at Apteeshirt‘s discretion based on the returned item’s condition and the policies of Apteeshirt.
If approved, your exchange will be processed, or your refund will be issued within 1–3 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.
