Return & Refund Policy – Apteeshirt Simple & Fair

At Apteeshirt, we value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how exchanges, cancellations, returns, and refunds work. Please review it before submitting a request.

1) Order Exchanges

Each item is made to order, so we cannot process exchanges for incorrect size, color, design, or quantity selected by the customer.

  • Modify within 24h: You may cancel within 24 hours and place a new order with corrected details.
  • How to request: Email support@apteeshirt.com immediately with your order number.
  • After 24 hours, orders move into production and can no longer be canceled or modified.

2) Order Cancellations

  • Window: Within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Cancel free of charge by emailing support@apteeshirt.com with your order details. We’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After 24 hours, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

3) Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 180 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with proof of purchase.

Eligible:

  • Item arrives damaged, broken, or defective
  • Item differs in design, size, or material from your order
  • Wrong product received
  • Significant deviation from the online description

Not eligible:

  • Worn, washed, altered, or customer-damaged items
  • Missing original packaging/tags
  • Minor imperfections (e.g., loose threads)
  • Personalized items (unless defective)

4) Return Cost & Shipping Responsibility

Free returns for defective or incorrect products — Return Cost: $0.00.

For non-defect reasons (change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer covers return shipping.

5) Refund Claim Requirements

Email support@apteeshirt.com with:

  • Full name on the order & order number
  • Photos showing the issue/defect
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email)
  • Shipping label or carrier receipt (if available)
  • Preferred resolution — refund or replacement

We typically respond within 2–3 business days with instructions and (if applicable) a return address.

6) Return & Refund Process

  • Step 1 — Prepare: Include a printed order confirmation/receipt and re-pack securely in original packaging.
  • Step 2 — Ship: Use your local post office or a reliable courier. Share the tracking number with our support team.
  • Step 3 — Refund: After we receive the item, inspection takes up to 2 business days. If approved, we refund (including original shipping) to your original payment method. Banks may take 5–10 business days to finalize.

7) Return Overview

If you need to start a return, contact us via the Contact page or email support@apteeshirt.com within 180 days of delivery and include your name, order number, description of the issue, photos (if applicable), and preferred resolution.

Note: We are not responsible for customer errors (e.g., incorrect personalization, spelling, or image uploads). Please review all details before checkout.

8) Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/clearance items
  • Customized/personalized products
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or use

9) Important Notes

  • Policy valid for 180 days from delivery.
  • Items returned without prior authorization may be rejected.
  • Apteeshirt is not liable for loss, theft, or damage during return transit — use a trackable service.
  • Ineligible returns may be discarded or shipped back at the customer’s expense.
