1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional events, but we’ll always keep you informed.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We work with trusted national carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days (contiguous U.S.)
- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout, additional cost may apply)
Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary depending on location, weather, or external delays outside our control.
3. Shipping Coverage
We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO military addresses
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing:
- Carrier name
- Tracking number
- Link to track your package in real time
5. Risk of Loss & Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point — meaning risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession of the package.
When marked “delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Verify your shipping address at checkout.
- Check with neighbors or household members.
- Contact the carrier using your tracking number for status updates.

within 7 business days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
For stolen packages, please file a claim directly with the carrier. While we cannot guarantee replacements, we will do our best to help.
7. Incorrect Address Policy
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We will notify you and offer to reship (additional shipping fees may apply).
- If you choose to cancel instead, refunds will be issued minus the shipping cost.
8. Multiple Shipments
For larger or multi-item orders, we may ship products separately to ensure faster delivery.
You will receive unique tracking details for each shipment.
