1. Eligibility & Website Use

• You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only and not engage in activities that violate laws, infringe others’ rights, or harm site functionality.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

• Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

• Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party providers. We do not store full credit card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment verification.
• Transit Time: Most orders are delivered within 2–4 business days via UPS or FedEx Ground.
• Coverage: Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or APO/FPO addresses.
• Delivery Risk: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date to file a claim.
• If your order arrives damaged, email photos within 72 hours of delivery for replacement or refund.
• We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and proof of purchase.
• Return Shipping: Customers cover return postage unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days. Banks may take an extra 3–5 days to post credit.
• Exchanges: Exchanges apply only for defective products, wrong items, or manufacturer errors.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content—including text, graphics, logos, and product designs—is owned by Apteeshirt LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
